BWF Para Badminton World Championships / BWF World Junior Championships – Anti-Doping Education Requirements

As you know, the HULIC DAIHATSU BWF Para Badminton World Championships 2022 will be hosted in Tokyo, Japan, 1 – 6 November 2022.

As per our Memo of 13 July 2022 (linked here), every player participating in the Championships must complete an anti-doping education course before they arrive in Tokyo for the Championships. This is a mandatory requirement.

Information Session – Monday 25 July

Thank you to the 23 people from 9 Member Associations who attended the Anti-Doping Information Session on Monday 25 July.

This session explained how to plan and deliver anti-doping education programmes for athletes.

If you missed the session, you can visit the BWF website (linked here), look at the video of the presentation and download the PowerPoint slides (linked here).

Start planning to work with your National Anti-Doping Organisation (NADO) and the BWF to complete this requirement before Monday 17 October 2022.
