Subscriptions 2026 Update | BWF AGM 2026 | Office Closures Next Week
1. Annual Subscription Update
Please be advised that the BWF has not received the Subscription 2026 payment from these Members. This means that these Members are not in “good standing” are not able to enter players into BWF sanctioned tournaments.

- have not paid their subscription;
- have outstanding withdrawal fees;
- are under suspension.
2. Tasks to Complete -BWF AGM 2026 – Saturday 25 April
Please complete these tasks for the AGM 2026 as soon as possible.

Book flights to Billund (BLL) Airport – Denmark Pick up transport will only be from this airport. |

Complete the delegate nomination form |
Delegates Nomination Form preferably by 8 March |

Register with the Host – Badminton Denmark
Every participant must complete this form.

Please note that when you log into the team.badminton.dk, it looks like it is just an Event Portal for the BWF Thomas and Uber Cup players and teams.
- This portal is both the Thomas/Uber Cups AND for AGM delegates and observers.
- Everything you need is on this portal.

- If you have completed the registration, booked accommodation, and completed a visa support letter, and you have not received feedback (the letter, invoice for accommodation etc.), please email Mia Selvig Jensen, [email protected], for accommodation, visa and transport enquiries.
3. Office Closure
Please be advised that the BWF Office will be closed on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 February to observe the Lunar New Year national holidays in Malaysia.
