The Badminton World Federation (BWF), in collaboration with PHASE, is pleased to invite you to participate in the PHASE China Conference 2026, taking place from 14-17 May 2026 in Shanghai, China, at Shanghai American School (Pudong Campus).

PHASE China 2026 is a high‑value international professional development conference, bringing together global experts, educators, and leaders across education, sport, inclusion, innovation, leadership, and youth development. The conference offers a unique platform for learning, exchange, and collaboration, showcasing best practice and emerging thinking across multiple educational and sports related disciplines.

BWF will actively contribute to the conference programme, delivering dedicated sessions aligned with its development, education, and inclusion priorities.

In addition to that, there will be a dedicated session delivered in collaboration with Special Olympics, highlighting badminton as an inclusive tool and showcasing inclusive practices within education and sport.

As part of the wider conference programme, BWF will also deliver a BWF Shuttle Time Teachers course, offering an additional professional development opportunity for teachers, coaches, and other educational practitioners.

Registration is currently open for any volunteers, teachers & coaches who would like to attend the conference.
