IPACS Good Governance Tools | Tournament Cancellations

1) Good Governance Tools from IPACS

The International Partnership Against Corruption in Sports (IPACS) is a multi-stakeholder platform whose mission is “to bring together international sports organisations, governments, inter-governmental organisations, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen and support efforts to eliminate corruption and promote a culture of good governance in and around sport”.

IPACS, through its Good Governance Task Force, has published guidelines and tools that may help BWF Member Associations strengthen their good governance practices. These are available in English, French, and Spanish:

 

As the BWF Governance Health Check framework is rolled out in 2026, the IPACS Good Governance Task Force will help MAs improve their practices along the pillars of transparency, integrity, democracy, development & solidarity, and control mechanisms.

Please note that the following tournaments have been cancelled:

  2. III Venezuela International Series 2026 – International Series – 22-26 September 2026
  3. 1st Qatar Junior International Series 2026 -Junior International Series – 21-24 October 2026
  4. 1st Qatar Future Series 2026 – Future Series – 27-31 October 2026
