Project Overview

These case studies move beyond theory, they document how programmes and projects have been planned, implemented, and reported at both national and international level, while clearly demonstrating their impact and outcomes. Most importantly, they are designed to be adaptable, recognising that effective practice can be refined to fit local context.

To ensure relevance and usability, all case studies are framed through four core areas and multiple sub-areas, the four core areas are:

  • Development
  • Events
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Organisational Health
