87th AGM Agenda, Annual Report, Financial Statements

As per Clause 15.11 of the BWF Constitution, BWF formally gives notice that next BWF Annual General Meeting is being held in Horsens, Denmark on Saturday 25 April 2026, starting at 1000 AM.

Please find enclosed the AGM agenda, links to the papers for the meeting, link to the Annual Report 2025 and Audited Financial Statements for year ending 2025.

All information on the AGM 2026 is published on the BWF corporate website and updated as information becomes available.

Please pass this information on to your AGM delegate(s) travelling to Horsens for the Forum and AGM 2026.

Key Dates / Activities – Horsens 2026

The Comwell Bygholm Park Hotel in Horsens is hosting the Members’ Forum and AGM.

• Thursday 23 April – Continental Confederation AGMs (Africa, Europe, Pan Am). Please contact your Continental Confederation for details.
• Friday 24 April – BWF Members’ Forum
• Saturday 25 April – BWF AGM / Gala Dinner
• 24 April – 3 May – BWF Thomas & Uber Cup Finals

Each participant must register through the hosts platform https://team.badminton.dk/tu/ 

You need to book accommodation through this same portal – deadline Sunday 8 March. The host cannot guarantee rooms will be available after this deadline.

Please note that when you log into the team.badminton.dk, it looks like it is just an Event Portal for the BWF Thomas and Uber Cup players and teams.

• This portal is for both the Thomas/Uber Cups AND for AGM delegates and observers.

• Everything you need is on this portal.
