LA 2028 Olympic Games Tickets

The LA 2028 Olympic Games start on 14 July 2028 with the Opening Ceremony. The badminton competition starts the next day and lasts for 10 days: 15 to 24 July 2028.

If you, your President, or your board members are thinking of travelling to LA to the Olympic Games, start planning now. This notice covers information on purchasing tickets to the LA 2028 Olympic Games – including badminton.

Tickets to the Olympic Games

There are 3 ways in which you can purchase tickets:

  1. Enter in the LA28 Olympics public ticket draw.
  2. Contact your NOC to order tickets.
  3. Express interest in purchasing tickets for badminton through the BWF.
  1. Register and Enter the LA2028 Olympic Games Public Draw

You must register for the draw by 22 July. Registration for the LA28 Ticket Draw is open at Tickets.LA28.org.

  • Once registered, fans will be randomly selected in the LA28 Olympic Ticket Draw. The public LA28 Olympic Ticket Draw will run 10 – 20 August 2026.
  • If you are successful in the draw, you will receive a time slot during the Drop 2 Window.
  • This gives you an opportunity to secure Tickets to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games to all sports at a range of price points, subject to inventory availability.

  1. Contact your NOC

We suggest that you also contact your NOC about tickets to the LA 2028 Olympic Games. Ask them about purchasing tickets to the badminton competition.

  1. Badminton Tickets – Contact BWF

If you are interested in purchasing tickets for badminton, you can contact BWF to express interest and we may be able to assist.

You must contact Patricia Wong ([email protected]) no later than Friday 19 June to express interest in purchasing tickets to badminton and to get more details.

Members can request BWF to purchase tickets to the Badminton Competition on their behalf. Please see the attached session numbers and price range and the general information on prices here in this chart.

Details of the Terms and Conditions

  • This limited offer to purchase is only for BWF Members. It is for Member Association Presidents, Board Members and Secretary Generals.
  • This offer is ONLY to order tickets on your behalf to Olympic Badminton Sessions. It DOES NOT include any accommodation / airfares / transport. That is the individual responsibility of the ticket holder.
  • Tickets for LA 2028 are electronic tickets and must be registered against an individual’s name.
  • A name must be associated with each ticket before it is allocated. Member Associations need to plan this carefully when ordering.
  • There are strict terms and conditions of use of the tickets. Tickets cannot be used in combination with promotions, used as rewards or prizes, used to raise funds, or be re-sold.
  • Members will be invoiced before the end of 2026.
