Badminton Australia – National Head Coach 

Badminton Australia is recruiting a National Head Coach for a full-time position to join the team in Melbourne, Australia.

Reporting to the CEO, this exciting position is responsible for the long-term planning, training and coaching of the Australian National Team as well as providing leadership to the Australia Performance Teams that includes input into high performance planning and coaching development and initiatives.

Badminton Australia is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a proven record in achieving results at international badminton tournaments. The National Head Coach is expected to have the experience and expertise in leading a world-class badminton high performance programme and to excel in communication with a base of players, coaches, the organization.

The National Head Coach position requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster collaboration teamwork, as well as cultivating productive working relationships to achieve positive outcomes.

Badminton Scotland – Head Coach 

Badminton Scotland is recruiting a Head Coach for a permanent full time contract and will be based at the National Badminton Academy at the Scotstoun Sports Campus in Glasgow.

This position requires to develop, lead and implement Badminton Scotland’s High Performance Programmes and achieve agreed standards at World level events. The Head Coach is responsible to ensure that high performance players and coaches are identified and developed to meet challenging performance standards.

Badminton Scotland is looking for an experience individual that has successfully work with athletes at international level. The Head coach is expected to have formal coaching credentials in the sport of badminton, ideally to at least UKCC Level 3 or equivalent, and can prove an ongoing commitment to professional development in the sport.

The Head Coach position requires good leadership qualities and ability to work in a team as well as creating an effective working environment to achieve positive outcome.

USA Badminton – Director of High Performance & Coaching

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the Director of High Performance & Coaching will manage and provide leadership, strategic planning, technical and administrative support to help grow and development the high-performance and coaching programs.

The Director of High Performance & Coaching will collaborate with staff, National Team Coach and key constituent groups to develop the organizations High-Performance Plan, talent identification and development strategy, junior tournament structure, and support USAB’s National Team program.

They will oversee the organizations overall coaching structure, certification program, and provide input in USA Badminton’s coaching development initiatives. The position will be responsible for improving USA Badminton’s performance at international competitions and advancing the coaching provided to USA athletes.

Badminton World Federation – Graphic Designer

BWF is recruiting a graphic designer locally for a permanent full time contract and will be based at the BWF Headquarters – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, curating and managing multiple design elements of the BWF. publications for both print and digital, managing the digital content design of short-form pieces for publication on BWF social media platforms; and undertaking various ad-hoc design projects for an array of departments including presentation and imagery for development initiatives as well establishing event and brand collateral.
