Shuttle Time Photography Grant 2026 – Deadline 30 April 2026

Following on the announcement of 30 January 2026 in regards to the winner of the BWF Shuttle Time Photo of the Year 2025, the application process for the BWF Shuttle Time Photography Grant 2026 is now OPEN!

BWF Shuttle Time Photography Grant 2026

The BWF would like to showcase 160+ countries currently involve and implementing the Shuttle Time programme. The quality and variety of photos we receive with the course reports can vary greatly from country to country.

The BWF is pleased to offer the Shuttle Time Photography Grants, which are intended to support the promotion of Shuttle Time globally and provide better-quality photos for Member Association to promote Shuttle Time locally.

Selected countries will receive a grant of up to USD 300 for hiring a photographer.

Criteria for Member Associations to be eligible to apply for the grant:

  • Have been active delivering Shuttle Time activities in the country.
  • Have submitted the updated Shuttle Time National Planning Document 2026 to the Continental Confederation.

 

Member Associations involved in the project will be asked to:

  • Hire a photographer for documentation purpose for Shuttle Time programme.
  • Plan and deliver fun and inclusive Shuttle Time activities before 30 November 2026.
  • Photograph the correct use of Shuttle Time Country Logo. If federation have not received the Shuttle Time Country Logo, please do let us know.
  • Photograph the use of Shuttle Time manuals, website, mobile app, flyer and other promo materials.
  • Photograph Teachers courses and / or children taking part in Shuttle Time lessons – this can be in conjunction of the World Badminton Day.
  • As far as possible, the photos should demonstrate diversity and inclusion, that is: both gender, able body and disable players etc.
  • Photograph candidates who will potentially be featured on the upcoming Human of Shuttle Time campaign.
  • Photographs of Shuttle Time activities, in an outdoor environment, with the use of the AirShuttle and AirBadminton kits are also highly encouraged.
  • Send us minimum 15 high resolution photos of the programme along with the descriptions and receipt no later than 07 December 2026.

Note that only online application submission by the Member Associations/Shuttle Time National Coordinators will be accepted.
