UPDATE: Tournament Software closed on Tuesday 25 November 2025

Please be informed that Tournament Software has changed the date for the full migration of their servers. It will now take place on the following date:

• Date: Tuesday 25 November 2025
• Expected downtime: 08:00 to 13:00 hrs (CET/UTC+1)

The following will not be accessible/possible during the migration period:

• https://bwf.tournamentsoftware.com/ (online entries, withdrawals, check results, tournament sanctions, etc.);
• Match results, schedules, withdrawals, etc. for all tournaments being played will not be shown online (unless the tournament has Live Score then we will receive the data and publish on the BWF fansite/B4U app); and
• Anything published during that time slot will not be visible online.

For tournaments taking place on/around this date, we have informed the responsible Continental Confederations (CC) that anything published during this time frame will not be shown online: match results, withdrawals, next day schedules, etc.

CCs will inform the players/team managers in advance and keep a high level of communication with them should anything happen during this time frame:

Tuesday, 25 November 2025 at 23:59 hrs (Kuala Lumpur time/UTC +8) will also be the entry deadline for two tournaments:

• YONEX SUNRISE Bangladesh International Series 2025
• PETRONAS Malaysia Open 2026

It is expected that the downtime will finish at 20:00 hrs (Kuala Lumpur time/UTC +8) but we strongly advise you to make your entries for those tournament latest on Monday, 24 November at 23:59 hrs (Kuala Lumpur time/UTC +8) should the downtime last longer than expected.

During the downtime it will not be possible to do anything with the entries (e.g. make new entries, remove entries, approve a pair entered by another Member, etc.) as https://bwf.tournamentsoftware.com/ will not be accessible.

On Wednesday, 26 November 2025, please make sure to check the “Final Entry Confirmation” sent by Tournament Software (expected time around 11:00 hrs KL time) and contact us as soon as possible should there be any issue with your entries.
