Time Clock and Continuous Play Guidelines for Players and Coaches
Please find below information regarding the “Instructions To Technical Officials” (ITTO) Regulations.
Effective week 47 (17 November), ITTO regulations come into force with regards to when the Time Clock system is being implemented and when it is not.
Time Clock Regulations
ITTO clauses 5.10 and 5.13 have been updated to reflect changes to what players are allowed to do between rallies when there is a Time Clock system being implemented and when it is not.
Player and Coach Guidelines
Please find attached Guidelines for Players and Coaches. This is applicable for testing at the SATHIO GROUP Australian Open 2025 in Week 17. It should be noted that from Week 17, when the Time Clock system is not in use, there are updated regulations regarding the use of cold spray during a game. More information for players and coaches will be provided at Team Managers’ meetings.
