Schedule A Form 2025 – Deadline 30 September 2025

Please find attached the Schedule A Form for 2025.

Each Member is required to complete this form every year and to send this back to Patricia Wong ([email protected]) no later than 30 September 2025. This annual submission is a requirement under the BWF constitution.

Completing and submitting a BWF “Schedule A” form each year is compulsory, and part of your on-going membership requirements.

The form contains information we use to publish on our website, including the names, addresses and contact information of Member Associations and their main officers.

The form also asks for the number of member clubs / associations, the total number of registered players affiliated to the Member and a declaration that the Criteria for Membership (Clause 8 of the BWF Constitution) continues to be met. See an extract of Clause 13 of the BWF Constitution below:

3.Updating BWF on Changes in Your Association

After you have submitted your Schedule A each year, it is important to remember that this form must also be used to update the BWF if any of your Association details change. This includes informing the BWF of any changes to the:

1. main elected officials – President, Secretary General, Treasurer.
2. main contact person.
3. contact details of the Association – postal address, email address, telephone etc.
4. bank account of the Association.
