86th AGM Agenda, Annual Report, Financial Statements
As per Clause 15.11 of the BWF Constitution, we formally give notice that the BWF Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held at the Portman Ballroom, Tefang Portman Seven Stars Bay Hotel on Saturday 26 April 2025 starting at 1000 AM.
Please find enclosed the AGM agenda, together with links to the papers for the meeting as well as the link to the Annual Report 2024.
All information on the AGM 2025 is published on the BWF corporate website and updated as information becomes available.
Please pass this information on to your AGM delegate(s) travelling to Xiamen for the Forum and AGM 2025.

- Please note as we usually do for elections, there are two annexure – I and J on the AGM page of the website, which groups all the profiles into two documents / two groups:
- Annexure I – Nominee Profiles – position of Officers – President, Deputy President, Vice President Para Badminton.
- Annexure J – Nominee Profiles – position of ordinary Council member.
We strongly recommend you get to know the people from our global community who have been nominated for the Elections 2025 by reading the profiles and watching the video messages.
