Delegate Nomination Form – Complete this form online (linked here) – please submit by 21 March 2025 to help our planning. The deadline is actually 48 hours before the AGM, but complete this early to help our planning.

Book your Flights Early – Arrival airport – Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN). There is a World Athletics Diamond League event in Xiamen on the same day as the BWF AGM, so book early as there will be a high demand for flights into Xiamen.

Official Hotel – Tefang Portman Seven Stars Bay Hotel & Resort. See the Hotel Reservation Form – deadline to complete is 5 April 2025.

Each Member must book their accommodation at the official hotel. Only use the official form to book the hotel – DO NOT book directly with the hotel.
