Why Centralised Courses
BWF educational programmes are designed as pathways from introductory elements up to world-class learning experiences, whether in coach education, event management, administration, or beyond.
Participants can get a feel for the pathways through introductory online experiences, which are readily accessible at any time. Those with talent and dedication may participate in face-to-face courses at national and even continental level. For those who are ready to take the next step, centralised BWF flagship courses will ensure that candidates can smoothly progress to the highest levels in the most effective way possible.
Centralised courses aim to enhance the educational experience by allowing participants to:
- access high-level courses on a regular basis
- learn from BWF expert facilitators
- interact with colleagues from around the world
- earn a globally recognised qualification in their chosen pathway
How to Apply
Interested participants should express their interest to their Continental Confederation (Development Department). Each Continental Confederation may define its own application process.
The BWF will work with the Continental Confederations to identify a mix of qualified candidates for each course.
The BWF will review shortlisted candidates starting 1 March. Financial support will be available for those candidates selected to participate.
