Registered Player Numbers 2024 / Two Reminders

1. Registered Player Numbers – Declared on the Schedule A 2024

The deadline for Members to submit the Schedule A 2024 was 30 September 20243. This included a declaration by each Member on the number of Registered Players in their national system.

For those Members who did not submit the Schedule A 2024 (see yellow mark up in the attached), the Council has estimated the number of Registered Players based on the available information (as per Clause 13.1 of the BWF Constitution (linked here). Please check the attached – here.

Those Members who did not submit the Schedule A have 14 days (until midnight KL time on Monday 11 November) to object to the numbers approved by Council.

2. BWF Administrator Awards 2024 – Deadline 31 October

Please note that the deadline to submit nominations for BWF administrator awards is 31 October 2024 – in three days time. See our announcements of 26 August (linked here).

3. Office Closure – Thursday 31 October 2024

Please be advised that the BWF office will be closed on Thursday 31 October to observe a national holiday in Malaysia – Diwali, the festival of lights.
