As per Clause 15.11 of the BWF Constitution, we formally give notice that the BWF Annual General Meeting 2024 is being hosted at the Crystal Ballroom, Chengdu Convention Centre on Saturday 27 April starting at 1000 AM.

Please find enclosed the AGM agenda, annexure / papers for the meeting and a link to the Annual Report 2023.

Please pass on the enclosed information to your AGM delegate(s) travelling to Chengdu.

All information on the AGM 2024 is published on the BWF corporate website and updated from time to time.

2. Get Ready for the AGM – Reminder of Your Tasks

Thank you to all the Members who have completed the below. This is a friendly reminder to others to complete this as soon as possible.

1. Complete the Delegate Nomination Form (download from AGM page of the BWF website) and send to Patricia [email protected]
2. Book flight for your delegate(s). See the Travel Grant for one delegate (linked here).

Transport will only be provided from these airports to the Holiday Inn and back to the airport.

3. Book your hotel room – see our Notice of 22 February (linked here) for all the details – deadline is 5 April 2024 – see below on accommodation.
