Qualification Regulations – Paris 2024 Olympic Games

Please note that individual events at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 (Week 40 / 2-7 October 2023) will count towards qualification for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Initially, because the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 was scheduled in 2022, it did not fall within the Paris 2024 Olympic Games qualification period, however, with its postponement to October 2023, it is now eligible for qualification.

BWF Statutes, Section 5.4.1.1 (Qualifying Regulations for Paris 2024) has been updated to reflect this change.

Please note that the following tournament has been cancelled.

• Paraguay International Series 2023 (Cancelled) 15 – 19 AUGUST 2023
