Para Badminton Tournaments 2023-2024
Following our announcement on 20 October 2022 (see below), we would like to update the Para badminton Calendar for 2023. Two additional tournaments are added:
- Spanish Para Badminton International 2022, Cartagena – Grade 2 Level 1
- Dubai Para Badminton International 2022, Dubai – Grade 2 Level 2
Below is the overall calendar for 2023 including the two newly added tournaments highlighted in yellow.
- Para Badminton Calendar 2023
The tournaments listed below are part of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games qualification period.
- Para Badminton Calendar 2024
Tournaments between January 2023 – March 2024 count for Paris 2024 Paralympic Games qualification. Tournaments after the qualification period will count for World Rankings and potentially seeding for the Paralympic Games.
Please refer to the BWF Corporate Website Para Badminton Calendar page for the dates of the tournaments. This calendar page will be updated from time to time.
Members are reminded to check the prospectus of each tournament first for further details on participation.
There may be additional tournaments added throughout the qualification period. This will be confirmed and announced later.

Please share the information with your Member Association, National Paralympic Committee, BWF recognised organisations as well as team managers and Para badminton players.
It is important for everyone to understand the qualification pathway to Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
