Badminton4U – BWF’s New App to be Launched in September

We are very pleased to announce that BWF has developed a new official BWF App – Badminton4U – which will be available in time for the TotalEnergies BWF Sudirman Cup – hosted in Vantaa, Finland and starting on 26 September 2021.

This App will provide the following:

• Latest live scores and real-time match centre data.
• Regular updates with the calendar function and specific tournament details.
• Draws, results and ranking information.
• Access to the best badminton videos and highlights from your favourite players (maximum 8).

Registration and Marketing Campaign

In order to explain to our global badminton community the benefits of Badminton4U, we have created a landing page which went live today. We would like to use the time until Badminton4U is launched to build up excitement through a marketing campaign, which has three phases:

• Pre-launch phase: 17 August – 19 September 2021
• Launch phase: 20 – 26 September 2021
• Post-launch phase: 27 September 2021 – ongoing

The goal of the pre-launch phase is to motivate everyone who follows badminton to register their E-Mail address on the landing page. They will be notified on the day Badminton4U is officially launched and can therefore be one of the first to download the App and immediately enjoy the benefits of Badminton4U.

Once Badminton4U is launched, the landing page will no longer be available as a registration opportunity but we will provide the link for people to download Badminton4U.
