Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games Photography

The BWF in partnership with its accredited photographers for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as long-term partner Badmintonphoto, are pleased to announce that all BWF Member Associations (MAs) and Continental Confederations (CCs) will have FREE ACCESS to images taken at Tokyo 2020.

Registration

Please click on the links below to sign up. Members with existing Badmintonphoto accounts do not have to register again.

We encourage all Members to register before 18 July 2021.

BadmintonPhoto Platform

An upgraded Badmintonphoto platform will be launched on 22 July 2021. Everyone with existing Badmintonphoto accounts will be automatically redirected to the new landing page.

  • Images of are for editorial use by MAs or CCs only.
  • Commercial usage is not allowed.
  • Images cannot be distributed or sold to third parties.
  • Players at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games can register for FREE ACCESS [HERE] or purchase upgraded Gold Pack access [HERE].
  • For servicing your own media networks, please follow the usage guidelines and rate card system outlined [HERE].
  • For your own social and web usage, please download web resolution images with Badmintonphoto watermark.

Coverage

BWF and its photography partners will attempt to cover as many matches as possible and provide an even spread of images for all MAs and CCs. However, COVID-19 measures implemented by Tokyo 2020 will mean there will be some limitations placed on courtside access for BWF-accredited photographers.
