BWF Announces the List of Qualifiers – Tokyo 2020

The BWF is pleased to announce the final list of qualifiers for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games badminton competition.

A total of 86 male and 86 female players representing 50 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) from the five Continental Confederations have been selected. One final place in men’s singles is yet to be confirmed. A replacement is being sought for one withdrawal which came in today. The replacement will be announced at a later date.

The draws for the five events for the Tokyo 2020 Badminton Competition will be held at 2:00pm BST on Thursday 8 July 2021 at the National Badminton Centre in Milton Keynes, England and this will be Live Streamed on BWF channels.
