The BWF hosted its first webinar on Friday 5 June with 175 participants from 123 Member Associations and 5 Continental Confederations.

The webinar presented two topics.

BWF will host regional video conference in the first week of July. Most of these are in English, but there are some choices for Pan Am and Africa.

–  Monday 6 July – 0900 CET / 1500 KL Time – Asia / Oceania – English

–  Monday 6 July – 1200 CET / 1800 KL Time – Europe – English

–  Tuesday 7 July – 1200 CET / 1800 KL Time – Africa – English

–  Wednesday 8 July – 1200 CET/ 1800 KL Time – Africa – French

–  Thursday 9 July – 1600 CET / 2200 KL Time – Pan Am – English

–  Friday 10 July – 1600 CET / 2200 KL Time – Pan Am – Spanish

The sessions have the same / similar content This is an opportunity for Members to discuss the proposals for the Virtual AGM.

–  12 June 2020 – 12 Chairs video reports on BWF website / 4 videos on the proposals

–  3 July 2020 – deadline for questions to the BWF about the reports / proposals

–  6 – 10 July 2020 – a series of webinars for Members

–  16 July 2020 – deadline for nominations

–  17 July 2020 – meeting ‘log-in’ details sent to delegates

–  18 July 2020 – BWF Virtual Annual General Meeting 2020
