Membership Questionnaire 2020
Dear Members and Continental Confederations
The BWF is carrying out a member’s questionnaire in partnership with the Continental Confederations.
This is an online questionnaire. Links to the questionnaire can be found below in three language versions – English, Spanish and French.

Please delegate someone in your organisation to complete the survey.
We have also attached the questionnaires in PDF format in these languages so the person completing this questionnaire can prepare the answers. Please do not use the PDF to complete the questions – use the online version to submit your responses through the links above.
The questionnaire takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Please complete the online questionnaire in full on or before 31st January 2020.
