BWF AGM 2018

The 2018 BWF Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 19 May 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand, in conjunction with the Thomas & Uber Cup Finals, 20 – 27 May 2018.

BWF will inform the membership about the host hotel arrangements at a later date.

As per Clause 15.1 of the Constitution, the BWF advises that the exact closing date for proposals for the AGM and seconding of these is midnight KL time on Friday 23 February 2018.

Key Dates

• 31 January 2018 – deadline for payment of BWF 2018 subscriptions
• 23 February 2018 – deadline for proposals to AGM / seconding of proposals (12 weeks out)
• 30 March 2018 – Notice of the Meeting (7 weeks out)
• 13 April 2018 – deadline for any amendments to proposals (5 weeks out)
• 19 May 2018 (1000) – BWF Annual General Meeting
• 20 – 27 May 2018 – TOTAL Thomas & Uber Cup Finals
