Notice of AGM 2016

The BWF Annual General Meeting 2016 will be held on Saturday 21 May 2016 at 1000 hours at the Jingling Grand Hotel, Kunshan, China. The Member’s Forum will be held on Friday 20 May starting from 0900.

All the necessary AGM and Forum information has been uploaded onto the BWF website pages – (linked here) including the following:

Meeting Papers

– Notice of the Annual General Meeting (Order Paper)
– Annexure A – Minutes of the BWF AGM 2015 – Dongguan, China 16 May 2015
– Annual Report / Financial Statements (for Year Ended 31 December 2015)

Amendments to AGM Proposals

Please note that any Member who wishes to submit amendments to the AGM Proposals on the Order Paper must do this no later than midnight Friday 15 April 2015 (KL time) – see Clause 15.14 of the BWF Constitution. Members must be in “good standing” to propose amendments.

Forms to Complete

There are 3 forms to complete and send to the Host – deadlines is Friday 15 April (in 2 weeks time):

– Hotel / Transport Form
– Visa Request Form
– Accreditation Form – if you wish to see the Thomas / Uber Cup Finals.
