Schedule A Form 2024 – Deadline 30 September 2024

Please find attached the Schedule A Form for 2024.

Each Member is required to complete this form every year and send it back to Patricia Wong ([email protected]) no later than 30 September 2024. This annual submission is a requirement under the BWF Constitution.

“Schedule A” – is the form submitted annually to the BWF Secretary General which contains information required for purposes of administration and publication, including the names, addresses and contact information of its principal officers, the number of member clubs / associations, the total number of registered players affiliated to the Member and a declaration that the provisions of Criteria for Membership (Clause 8 of the BWF Constitution) continue to be met.

Updating BWF on Changes in Your Association

Once you have submitted your Schedule A, it is important for Members to remember that this form must also be used to update the BWF when any of your Association’s details change. This includes informing BWF of any changes to the:

  1. main elected officials – President, Secretary General, Treasurer.
  2. main contact person.
  3. contact details of the Association – postal address, email address, telephone etc.
  4. bank account of the Association.
